Sunita Chandrasekaran is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Delaware in the Dept. of Computer & Information sciences. Her area of research spans High Performance Computing, Computer Architecture, Parallel Programming, and exploring challenges with migrating legacy scientific code to accelerators and heterogeneous processors. She received the 2016 IEEE-CS TCHPC Award for Excellence for Early Career Researchers in High Performance Computing. She hosts parallel computing workshops co-located with SC, IPDPS and ISC, serves on numerous technical program committees and has chaired technical tracks at SC, IPDPS, CCGrid and ISC.
