StackImages
Python tools for astrophotography: align and stack your own telescope images, download sample FITS files, and explore star clusters with Gaia data.
Show Clusters In your browser
Look up a Messier, NGC or IC star cluster, see its stars as the Gaia satellite measured them, and draw its Hertzsprung–Russell diagram. Nothing to install.
HR Diagram of Your Own Image In your browser
Open an RGB FITS image of a star cluster, adjust the picture, and draw its Hertzsprung–Russell diagram and color diagram, as the desktop app does. Your image stays on your computer.
Desktop app
The full StackImages app runs on macOS and Windows in a conda Python environment.
