State-of-the-art stellarator optimization code
This tutorial walks the user through running TERPSICHORE on the base case NCSX equilibrium.
Modify the NSCSX fixed boundary file setting LNYQUIST=F
in the INDATA
namelist.
xvmec2000 ncsx_c09r00_fixed
If you have not done install pySTEL by issuing the command make pystel
from the STELLOPT directory.
To generate the input and equilibrium files along with the tpr_modules_ap.f
variable sized issue the command:

This is also a good opportunity to build libterpsichore.so
